I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Items back within: 30 days of delivery
BUT some items cannot be returned.
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Hopefully we can wokr something out. As many sets are custom made or have custom size pairs, if we have already started your order, a cancellation would be costly.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates Listed Below:
- Local: Ships after 3-4 days, then according to the delivery date stated at check out (ONLY BALTIMORE, MD)
- USPS: Ships according to choice indicated at check out. 1-2 weeks stated as processing time, but each item varies. Some items will be shipped out the next day, and some can be shipped out after a week or so depending on whether they are bundles, bulk, customized etc.
